The Centre de la francophonie des Amériques is resuming its on-site activities. The 6th edition of the Forum des jeunes ambassadeurs de la francophonie des Amériques will take place in Ottawa from August 8 to 13, 2022, presented in partnership with Saint Paul University.

From Quebec, Canada and the Americas, some 40 Francophones aged 35 and under will have the opportunity to attend this exceptional training.

The Forum des jeunes ambassadeurs de la francophonie des Amériques is one of the flagship programs of the Centre de la francophonie des Amériques, whose main objective is to offer high-level training focused on leadership and identity. It brings together young adults between the ages of 18 and 35 from all over the Americas. In addition to developing their leadership skills, this intensive 6-day training will allow participants to:

  • Be equipped to become engaged citizens in their community;
  • Be aware of the issues of the Francophonie of the Americas;
  • Share their experiences and build lasting relationships with each other and the host community.

The program of this international meeting is composed of conferences, workshops, round tables and cultural activities. It allows participants to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge divided into four blocks: Being, Thinking, Doing and Sharing. The new edition of the Forum will include notions on Franco-responsibility and the ability to create and innovate.
